We recommend the 40+5L backpack for users with a height of 5'3"-5'7" and weight of 121 lbs-155 lbs, as the sternum strap offers little help for individuals under 5'7". For the 60+5L backpack, we suggest users with a height of 5'7"-5'11" and weight of 143 lbs-177 lbs.
